Breathwork for Curiosity

In this group we'll connect with our curiosity, which can offer a balm for self criticism, shame, catastrophic thinking and other stuck patterns within us. 

Breathwork is an active meditation and a powerful healing practice in which participants enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness using only their breath. This altered state of being allows us space to revise old narratives about yourself and begin to draft our next chapter. No previous breathwork or meditation experience necessary.
